Shipping Methods We Accept

We currently ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL.
If you prefer another shipping method, please contact us—we are happy to discuss alternatives and provide the corresponding shipping fees.

Shipping Time & Fees

FedEx: 3–5 business days

UPS: 3–5 business days

USPS: 4–6 business days

LTL (Less Than Truckload): 7–30 business days

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

When Will Your Order Arrive?

The estimated delivery time for your order is the sum of processing time plus shipping time. We provide estimated arrival times on each product’s description.
If you have a specific deadline, please leave a note in the comments section during checkout so we can accommodate your request whenever possible.

Returns
Non-Furniture Items

We accept returns of non-furniture items within 90 days of customer receipt.
For international orders, refunds for returned items will be credited through PayPal, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Stock Furniture Items

If you are not satisfied with your stock furniture purchase:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup to arrange a return.

Return the item within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Returned items will be inspected, and the refund amount will be determined based on the item’s condition.
